About Janice

I specialize in selling real estate along New Jersey’s impressive Gulf coast including the Hudson River communities of Jersey City, Bayonne, Hoboken, West New York, Union City, Weehawken and North Bergen.

My customers choose to work with me because they know they can count on me to get the job done. They trust me to guide them through the process of buying and selling real estate and rely on my competent negotiating skills and my ability to maintain a professional business relationship with everyone involved.

I treat everyone the way I wish to be treated, with honesty and fairness and it is this mutual respect that has brought me a loyal and supportive clientele and contributed to my success in the business. I achieved the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award 2008 through 2020. I am a full-time realtor and for the past 15 years consistently rank in the top 5% of realtors throughout New Jersey.

I believe the job of a realtor is more about service and people than it is about selling. I work independently not as a team. When you choose me to sell or purchase your home you can count on my undivided attention, integrity and honesty.

While others measure their success by the number of real estate transactions, I measure mine by the lives I’ve touched. I am involved in several charitable organizations in the Hudson community. I am a Director of the MFL Foundation for Cancer Prevention, and a trustee of the Non-Profit Bayonne Community Day Nursery. I am the proud Founder and Chair of a Not for Profit Organization “We Are GUTSY, Inc., that assists vulnerable young children in Guyana South America.

I am a humanitarian who loves to travel the world and enjoys the occasional exhilarating thrill of sky diving.
